Noresca continues to grow and is now strengthening its management with Robin Zainuddin as the new Business Area Manager for the Stockholm office. With his holistic approach, his curiosity and his focus on development, he will be a valuable addition to both the team and the management.

Robin has extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), integrations and business development. He is driven by creating interaction between people, processes and technology – and translating complex contexts into smart, efficient ways of working.

For Robin, leadership is about creating the conditions for others to succeed.
– I thrive at the interface between strategy and operational implementation. It’s where business and delivery meet – and where development really takes off,” he says.

His background in ITSM and ERP integrations has given him a clear understanding of how technology and business need to connect to create value.
– I like to see how structure and innovation can go hand in hand, and how the right system support can free up time for what really drives the business forward.

Outside of work, Robin leads an active and balanced life.
– I exercise regularly, enjoy cooking and travel – from discovering new cities to beautiful landscapes. I’m very curiosity-driven, both at work and in my personal life. Right now I’m geeking out on all things health and food,” he says with a smile.

– I look forward to continuing to build the team in Stockholm, develop collaboration and create value for our customers. For me, leadership is about driving development together – with clarity, energy and trust.

Passing the baton

In connection with Robin taking over the role of Business Area Manager in Stockholm, Naama Lundgren, partner at Noresca, is handing over responsibility.
