Ulf-Björn Rönn new CEO of Noresca – leading NetSuite partner in the Nordic region
Noresca strengthens its position as a leading NetSuite partner in the Nordic region when Ulf-Björn Rönn takes over as CEO on January 1, 2026. With extensive experience of growth companies and ERP deliveries, Noresca will continue to help Nordic companies scale their business processes with NetSuite – from implementation to long-term management.

Ulf-Björn, you will be taking over as CEO of Noresca from the turn of the year. How does that feel?
“It is an honor to take over a growth company like Noresca with so many satisfied customers. We have strong trust in the market and a team that delivers value in everyday life – it’s a great starting point.”
What do you bring to the role?
“I have experience from both growth companies, such as Ridestore, and large international companies such as Euromaster and ECCO. This combination means that I can contribute with structure, scalability and commercial focus – while we remain close to the customer. I want to lay the foundation for Noresca’s continued growth journey.”
What will be your main focus areas in terms of customer value and the development of Noresca’s NetSuite offering?
“To continue to strengthen the customer value in our deliveries, further develop the offering and at the same time grow sustainably. For me, it’s about combining speed with quality – from NetSuite implementations to further development and long-term management at our customers.”

Christoffer, you are stepping down from the CEO role but taking a clear overall approach as Chairman of the Board. Why are you making the change now?
“Noresca is strong and we see continued high demand. To scale appropriately, we need to both drive growth and strengthen operational execution. With the new roles, I can focus even more on sales, customer relations and delivery capacity – while giving the Board a clear long-term direction.”
What makes Ulf-Björn the right CEO?
“I have full confidence in Ulf-Björn. We have worked very closely together for 6 years and I know how he leads, prioritizes and drives results. This is a natural next step for Noresca.”
How do you see cooperation moving forward?
“It will remain close. With Ulf-Björn as CEO, we get clear ownership of the whole, and I can put even more energy into scaling the business and ensuring that we continue to deliver quality as a leading NetSuite partner.”
