How does Noresca view the role of employees in the success of the company?
Our people are at the heart of our business – without them, we cannot meet or exceed customer expectations. That’s why it’s crucial that together we create a workplace where they thrive, want to stay and can grow. By investing in our people, we build a strong culture of engagement, collaboration and personal development.
How would you describe the corporate culture at Noresca?
We have built a culture characterized by team spirit, drive and freedom with responsibility. We help each other, learn from each other and create value together. But it’s also important for us to have fun, both in everyday life and in our joint activities. We know that when we feel good and engaged, it is contagious and makes a difference at all levels.
