It is with great pleasure that we welcome Sanja Skiljo to the Noresca family. She steps into the role of Business Area Manager, and we can already see that we have a driven, curious and solution-oriented person. With her commitment to business development, leadership and digital transformation, we are convinced that Sanja will make a positive contribution – both for us and for our customers. But who is the person behind the title?

Sanja, what drives you in your work?

– I have always been a curious and determined person with a passion for business development and digital transformation. I thrive best where strategy meets operational execution and love building strong teams, developing organizations and streamlining processes. Leadership for me is about lifting others, creating engagement and building a positive culture where people both thrive and perform at their best.

“The balance between career and private life”

What is your view on work-life balance?

– For me, finding a balance between career, family and personal development is crucial. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our children in my free time, and I believe in constantly challenging myself – whether it’s a new project at work, a fitness challenge or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

You have extensive experience with ERP systems. What is it that interests you most about that area?

– I have worked both operationally with financial systems and business processes and been involved in the development of ERP solutions. What drives me is the ability to streamline and automate processes so that companies can focus on their core business. NetSuite is a system with enormous potential, and I look forward to immersing myself in it together with the team at Noresca.

What made you decide to join Noresca?

– I was immediately attracted by the dynamic culture and business focus. Working in a fast-growing Gazelle company with a clear strategy to be a strategic partner to its customers felt just right.

How do you see your new role and what do you hope to contribute?

– The role combines my strengths in leadership, business development and team development, so it felt like a natural fit between my experience and Noresca’s needs. I’m really looking forward to being part of the company’s continued growth and working with the great team here!
