It was time for another recruitment by Noresca. This time it is Oliver Andersson who joins the finance team. It is the second person that Noresca finds from Halmstad University

Hello and welcome Oliver, tell us a bit about your background.

Thank you very much! I’m from Falkenberg and I recently graduated from Halmstad University with a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on strategic management. During my time there, I also had the opportunity to be the project manager for the University’s newly started graduation festival, which took place at Tylösand and included artists such as Lov1 and Tjuvjakt. It was a fantastic experience.

Sounds like an exciting time during your training! Can you tell us more about your work experience and the previous positions you held?

Absolutely! I am quite an active person and enjoy being involved in several different projects. During my studies, I worked as a vacation substitute warehouse administrator at Carlsberg and as an operational buyer at Martin & Servera. These experiences gave me a good understanding of ERP and logistics, although I am relatively new to Netsuite.

What led you to take an interest in Noresca and how did you get in touch with them?

I came into contact with Noresca during the Job Market Day in Halmstad in February 2022. What really caught my interest was that Noresca only worked with NetSuite, other companies that I came into contact with work with several business systems, which did not suit me. I want to work for a company that strives to be the best in its field. Then, of course, Noresca as a company attracted me, working in a growth company that focuses on personal development and where there is a high ceiling, was strongly attractive to me. It felt like a place where I could develop and contribute in a meaningful way.

It sounds like a good match! What are your expectations and goals now that you are here at Noresca?

My expectations are to learn and grow into the role. I look forward to being part of a dynamic team and contributing to the continued success of Noresca.
