We at Noresca are happy to welcome Stefan Andreasson to the team as a NetSuite consultant. We sat down over a coffee, where Stefan shared his thoughts on his work and what it’s like to be part of Noresca.

Tell us a bit about yourself and what are you working on at the moment?
I am 25 years old and come from Halmstad. Nowadays I live in Gothenburg with my girlfriend. Outside of work, I play beach volleyball at world level and have some interest in Magic: The Gathering.

Stefan has already been involved in several different projects since joining Noresca, which he finds both challenging and fun.

“Right now I’m working on testing a HubSpot integration and helping with a warehouse inventory solution. It’s great to be part of such varied projects right from the start and contribute with my experience on several levels,” says Stefan.

How did you come to work with NetSuite?
After a few years in the world of systems integration, Stefan felt it was time to take a new step in his career. He says that from his first interview at Noresca he felt a strong connection to the company.
“I had worked a lot with different business systems, and it felt exciting to try out such a dynamic system as NetSuite. After the interview at Noresca, I immediately thought ‘I want to work here! It just felt right, both for my development and for the opportunity to make a difference for our customers.”

What are the main benefits of NetSuite according to customers?
Although still new to the field, Stefan has already noticed that customers appreciate the flexibility and scalability that NetSuite offers.
“Customers really like how NetSuite adapts to their needs, and I often hear about the benefits of its integrated reporting features. Being able to quickly gather data and get an overview is something that many value highly,” he says.
It’s clear that Stefan is looking forward to continuing to learn about NetSuite’s many capabilities and discovering how the system can improve customers’ business processes on multiple levels.

What trends do you see, and is there anything in particular that customers are asking for?
In his work, Stefan has started to notice that more customers are interested in integrations and managing their own data.
“It’s clear that API integrations and the ability to understand and use your own data are becoming increasingly important. Customers want to be able to automate processes, but also to have the tools to analyze and use the information themselves,” he explains.

What is it like to work at Noresca?
Stefan describes his first time at Noresca with a big smile. He appreciates that the company lives up to the values and vision expressed during the interview process.
“It almost feels too good to be true sometimes,” Stefan laughs. “Noresca is a fast-growing company, which may mean that some processes are not fully implemented in favor of expansion, but I enjoy it enormously. There is a lot of freedom with responsibility and a fantastic team to work with – both in Gothenburg and Stockholm. Going to the office feels like coming home, thanks to all the lovely and down-to-earth colleagues.”

Any last words to add?
Stefan reflects on how his previous experience in systems integration was very helpful and how he quickly put that knowledge to use.
“It has been a great advantage to have an integrator background when I now work with NetSuite. That experience has given me a good foundation to stand on, and it’s great to be able to contribute with that expertise.”
