I had the pleasure of sitting down with Sandra, an experienced consultant at Noresca, who shared her insights on how she works with NetSuite to create customized solutions for her clients.

At the moment, Sandra is deeply involved in a project involving the implementation of NetSuite for two companies that are merging to use the same NetSuite instance. “It’s a fun project where there’s a lot going on and it’s moving fast,” Sandra says with enthusiasm. The project illustrates the dynamic and changing environment in which she thrives and it highlights the important role that technology plays in facilitating smooth business mergers.

Sandra’s journey with NetSuite began six years ago when she worked at a company that used four different ERP systems. Of these, NetSuite appealed to her because of its flexibility and customizability. After first working with NetSuite as a user, Sandra switched to the consulting role and realized how many different ways the system could be customized to meet different customers’ needs and industry-specific requirements. This became the foundation for her passion for creating customized solutions.

When I asked about the main benefits that customers experience with NetSuite, the answer was clear: customizability. “It can be customized according to different customers in different industries and needs,” Sandra explains. This flexibility has proven to be a crucial factor for companies that need a system that can grow with them and adapt to their unique workflows.

Sandra also notices that certain specific trends and requests are becoming more common among customers. “I get a lot of questions about reports and tailoring them to the customer’s needs”. In addition, customers are asking for the possibility to automate processes to streamline their daily tasks. It seems that companies are increasingly aware that technology can be a powerful tool to free up time and resources that can be spent on more strategic initiatives.
