Five quick ones for Andreas Berndt
In a world where technology is constantly evolving and business needs are becoming increasingly complex, Andreas Berndt stands like a beacon in the dark. Andreas has many years of experience with NetSuite and joined Noresca early on. His work spans borders and industries, solving some of the most challenging problems for businesses worldwide. In this interview, Andreas shares his experiences, insights and the trends he sees in ERP systems, as well as giving an insight into working life at Noresca and what makes it so special.
Andreas, you are a key part of the team at Noresca. Can you tell us about the projects you are currently leading?
Andreas Berndt: At the moment, I am deeply involved in a project that aims to develop customized business process solutions across three countries. The challenge is to standardize working methods while acknowledging and supporting the necessary national differences. In addition, I am leading an extensive project for a Swedish customer that mainly utilizes the standard processes in NetSuite.
How did you come to work with NetSuite and what drew you to Noresca?
Andreas Berndt: Choosing a workplace is very much about the people. For me, Noresca was an obvious choice thanks to the attractive work environment and the opportunity to work with NetSuite. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that makes a real difference to customers through such innovative solutions.
In your experience with NetSuite, what benefits do customers most often highlight with the system?
Andreas Berndt: Our customers particularly appreciate how NetSuite minimizes the need for a large IT department and its flexibility to adapt and grow with their business processes. It is the customizable nature and expansion possibilities that are often mentioned as crucial advantages.
Have you noticed any specific trends or increased demands from customers when it comes to ERP systems like NetSuite?
Andreas Berndt: Yes, definitely. In Sweden, where we already have a strong tradition of advanced business systems, we see a growing interest in NetSuite. This leads to increased expectations of the system’s local adaptations, which is something we are actively working on to meet our customers’ needs and expectations.
What do you find most rewarding about working at Noresca?
Andreas Berndt: What really sets Noresca apart is the freedom with responsibility. Here you are given the opportunity to take on big tasks, but you always have access to a support network of experienced colleagues ready to assist. This balance of responsibility and support creates an optimal environment for personal and professional development.
When it comes to your daily work with NetSuite, what do you enjoy most?
Andreas Berndt: The most exciting part is undoubtedly seeing the direct impact of our work. Implementing solutions that transform our clients’ business processes and contribute to their success is extremely rewarding. Each new project is a chance to solve unique problems and contribute valuable insights, which always feels new and exciting.
