Noresca visits Fusion
Fusion was founded in the mid-90s with a small shop. But the function and performance of the products they bought rarely lived up to expectations and requirements. So, as dedicated athletes, the founders started developing equipment themselves. And it was a success. It also became the “core” of the company, to constantly further develop the garments. For example, one of their garments has been developed in more than 1000 versions.
Noresca had the opportunity to come down and sit and work with the team for a couple of days.

– I have worked with Fusion since the start of my employment at Noresca and it is incredibly fun to follow Fusion’s constant development. It is a company that constantly wants to improve, discover, the company is constantly moving forward. It is also fun for us at Noresca to be involved in building the infrastructure around the company, they challenge us and we get to be creative in how we build their administrative flows
Fusion has a rather unique way of working with collections for the industry. When you order from Fusion, you do not order for spring / summer / autumn / winter but you order less but more often, this allows you as a customer to optimize your stock and that Fusion work with their products continuously throughout the year, you can quickly improve an individual product and then the customer has it the following week for sale.

We at Fusion have recently moved into new premises where we house both development and warehouse. It was fun to show Noresca what their development of NetSuite really means in reality. Noresca has built an interface and flow that facilitates the manufacturing process and also the receipt of goods in the warehouse. The system has optimized our operations and resulted in a more efficient manufacturing process in Lithuania, while giving us a clearer overview of the flow and lead times of our products.
Fusion and Noresca are a good fit. Just like us, Noresca wants to constantly improve and continue to develop, we have a keyword that fits well with both of us, UNSTOPPABLE
